A menu that changes daily includes delicious Entrees and Main meals such as, Pan-Seared Lamb Loin with Sweet Potatoes and French Shallots, Beef Chasseur, Chicken Liver and Cognac Pate, Slow Roasted Pork Hock with freshly made Sauerkraut and Sizzling Veal Kidneys with Red Wine and Onions.
There is a diverse variety of Desserts, including Thomas's original Hot Chocolate Fudge Cake baked since 1999 .
